Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Status app and status.inc (the “Services”), operated by Status Digital, Inc. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Status. Many events have their own minimum age (often 18 or 21), set and enforced by the organizer or venue.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your phone number and login secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Events, tickets, guestlists, and tables are offered by the organizers and venues that host them — not by Status. Prices, availability, entry requirements, and refund policies are set by the organizer. Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe; by buying or selling through Status you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. Service or processing fees, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

If you create events or sell tickets, you're responsible for your events, the accuracy of your listings, honoring valid tickets, complying with applicable laws (including tax, licensing, and consumer-protection rules), and handling your attendees' information responsibly.

Don't use Status to break the law, harass others, post harmful or infringing content, attempt to defraud anyone, or interfere with the Services. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Status a license to host and display it as needed to operate and promote the Services. You're responsible for the content you share and for having the rights to share it.

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Status is not liable for events themselves, for the acts of organizers, venues, or other users, or for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using Status and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Services and our community.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above; significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Questions? Email support@status.inc.
